ILLABO SHOWGROUND HALL
This hall is the central meeting place of our community.
The Illabo Showground Hall is set on a large area and is used for our local annual show along with many other functions and events. The venue can be hired for functions and events.
This hall makes the best wedding venue, a great function center and a fun place for a party.
Modern kitchen, new toilets and refurbished interior. Transform this hall to a magical wedding reception.
ILLABO SHOWGROUND FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT HIRE
The venue is available for hire for private functions.
SHOWGROUND HIRE
Including Pavilion and External Amenities Block.
Weekend (Friday to Sunday): $450
Four (4) days or more: $100 per day
One (1) night weeknight hire (Monday to Thursday): $200 per night
Bond: $200 which is refundable
COOLROOM HIRE
Coolroom is mounted on a trailer
Weekend: $200
TABLES AND CHAIRS
Located in the Pavilion
Tables: $20/table
Chairs: $2.50/chair
CONDITIONS OF HIRE
Showground, Coolroom, Table and Chairs
Payment in full including the bond is due 7 days prior to the hire date.
Bond will be refunded following inspection of facilities after the conclusion of the event.
Key collection to be coordinated with secretary.
Conditions of Hire:
Provision of own cleaning materials, toilet paper and soap, tea towels, tablecloths etc is required.
Smoking is not permitted inside.
Rubbish bins are provided, which must be emptied into the skip bin at the conclusion of the hire.
A key to the skip bin is provided with the hire of keys. Please lock afterwards.
All furniture, tables and chairs are to be wiped down as necessary and returned to their original position.
Floors are to be swept or mopped as required and any decorations removed.
Toilets and or shower block are to be fully cleaned.
All crockery, cutlery and glasses used are to be washed and put away.
Kitched benches, stove tops, oven, pie warmers and microwave must be wiped down and all foodstuffs removed.
No crockery, cutlery or glasses are to be removed from the Show Pavilion.
Any damage or breakages, accidental or otherwise must be reported to the Show Secretary.
All lights and appliances are to be turned off and doors and windows locked prior to leaving.
Coolroom Hire:
Prior to returning please ensure it has been emptied of all drinks and foodstuffs and cleaned.
All prices quoted are exclusive of GST
